Setting up an employee's benefit time accrual

 

The Benefit Accrual tab is used to determine which benefit accrual policy is used for calculating the employees benefit time.  Normally the benefit accrual policy that is used is the one assigned to the pay class by default, but there may be cases when you wish to select a different benefit accrual policy assigned to a specific employee or you don't want the employee to automatically accrue any benefit time.
